Hypnotherapy is a natural talk therapy, which is delivered by a trained professional who engages the client’s conscious and subconscious mind.  A typical session generally starts with the establishment of rapport, guiding the client’s conscious mind and body to relax through a process similar to guided meditation. Once the person is in a relaxed state the hypnotherapist employs hypnotic language and linguistic patterns directed at the client’s open subconscious mind. At this point the hypnotherapist uses positive suggestions to transform thought patterns and behavioural responses.

AC Clinical Hypnotherapy uses different therapeutic techniques to help clients navigate their way out of extremely restrictive and unwanted thought patterns and behaviours. Every session is designed and delivered with the individual in mind and approaches and techniques may Include:
